Shipping Information

Enter House No. (if any), Enter the name of Colony or Mohalla or Locality, Then Enter the name of the area (if any), and enter the PIN Code.

The product shall be dispatched in 2-3 business days and shall reach you normally in under 7 days. In case of local pickup, you can take the pickup product at any time from seller’s store

You can track the order by:

entering Order id and linked email on Track Order Page or

Login to your account > Orders > select order > Track

In case the parcel is held at customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer to clear the parcel from custom offices.

Right now, shipping is available to selected PIN codes of Kashmir only.

At present, Sellers dispatch the parcels by way of Challan or their delivery agents deliver the consignments/parcels. More shipping methods will be added in the future. In Sha Allah.

Returns & Refunds

You have to create a return request for your order from Retaillz Marketplace. Pack the item properly with all tags intact and despatch the product to the Seller’s address or drop the parcel at the Seller’s Store.

If the refund amount is incorrect, you may contact Retaillz Buyer Support to resolve the issue. In case the refund is missing from your bank account, you may contact your bank with the refund reference number.

As per the current legal system, customs and import changes are not applicable when products are bought within India.
